It was really great to see Babblemur come out of the closet to reveal his not-yet-addicted to American Idol status. I predict Kellie Pickler will win because she has the Suzanne Somers in the first season of Three's Company kind of appeal for the mass audience. As noted by Jim Fraenkel, executive producer of MTV News, " . . . Americans are watching reality shows like they used to watch sitcoms. I think that's why stupid plays well." (from the New York Post). But as Babs said, the Idol contestants have been singing Queen songs. Since we are getting very close to biking season (hooray!), I was reminded that one of my favorite Queen songs is Bicycle Race.
