Bin Laden, Bush, and Brandeis
Almost as if to provide Osama Bin Laden with even more propaganda victories, the Bush Administration continues its assault on the Bill of Rights, pretty much gutting what was left of the 4th Amendment. Justice Brandeis' words from early in the 20th century still hold:
