I'll be the "liberal" guy once again on Wisconsin Public Radio's "Week in Review" with Joy Cardin tomorrow from 8 - 9 a.m. The "conservative" guy will be Jim Miller of the Wisconsin Policy Research Institute, Wisconsin's "Free Market Think Tank."
