Watada Charged For Refusal

Lt. Ehren Watada, the soldier who won't stand silent while American soldiers and innocent Iraqis die for a neo-con chicken hawk world order fantasy, was charged yesterday with "refusing to be deployed with his unit on June 22 and with expressing contempt against officials, including the president, and conduct 'unbecoming' of an officer."

Presumably the prosecutors will try to establish that it would be more "becoming" for Watada to willingly give up his life for a flawed policy rooted in incomptence and arrogance.
