My Radio Commentary interview with Advance-Titan Managing Editor Stephanie Barnard can be found here. Near the end of the interview we talk about Wisconsin State Statutes Chapter 36, the statutes that supposedly govern the functioning of the UW System.
I teach Communication Studies (First Amendment, Classical Rhetoric, Civic Engagement, Rhetoric of Rock Music) at UW Oshkosh. Served two terms on Oshkosh City Council. Originally from Brooklyn, NY.
